Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort to Debut Five New Culinary Concepts with January 2027 Opening

The five concepts are designed as vibrant spaces for dining, gathering and socializing, including Spoonbill café and marketplace, Solfina Bar and Terrace, Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria, Cocoplum Pool Bar and Flipside Beach Bar.

Culinary highlights include:

• Spoonbill: Named for the iconic roseate spoonbill bird native to Florida’s wetlands, Spoonbill will be the resort’s new lobby-level café and marketplace, welcoming guests with a bright, colorful and airy setting from morning through evening.

  A dedicated pastry chef will lead a made-in-house pastry program, complemented by freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, fresh-pressed juices and wellness-focused offerings throughout the day. As night falls, the café will shift into a casual destination for ice cream and affogatos, while a curated selection of retail items invites guests to linger and browse.

  Whether they stop in for a quick but satisfying breakfast, a light midday lunch, an impromptu coffee meeting or to satisfy an evening sweet tooth, guests will find Spoonbill to be an energizing and convenient gathering spot in the heart of the resort.

• Solfina Bar and Terrace: Reimagining the resort’s signature lobby bar, Solfina Bar and Terrace will be a new social hub, evoking the effortless allure of coastal living. An inviting indoor-outdoor setting will blend lush botanicals and earthy design elements with a subtly moody ambiance, while a citrus-forward menu will draw inspiration from the sun-drenched flavors of the Mediterranean.

  Neapolitan pizzas, crudo and shareable plates will pair with classic cocktails, including Negronis and Spritzes. Solfina Bar and Terrace will offer a show-stopping lobby bar, alongside a mix of communal and intimate seating. Casual yet polished, the concept will capture a fresh expression of luxury and serve as the social heartbeat of the resort.

• Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria: Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria will be the final addition to Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort’s new collection of dining experiences.

  Conceived as a modern Italian social club, Vicolo will bring a lively, stylish energy to the resort’s dining scene. A buzzing, dynamic atmosphere will invite guests to celebrate and savor the moment, as music, lighting and attentive service set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

  The menu will spotlight house-made pastas, a dedicated steak program and tableside service, complemented by martinis and creative cocktails from a chic new bar. Bold in character and generous in spirit, Vicolo will offer a fresh take on Italian dining and become a distinctive gathering place within the resort.

• Cocoplum Pool Bar: Inspired by the colors and laid-back spirit of Florida, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, Cocoplum Pool Bar will bring a fresh food and beverage experience to the pool deck.

  An open-concept kitchen and bar will anchor a relaxed setting, offering a lighter menu of approachable poolside favorites, such as burgers and fresh salads. Frozen cocktails, crisp wines and champagne will round out the menu, making Cocoplum the colorful, quintessential poolside setting for everything from a casual lunch between swims to an enjoyable afternoon in the sun.

• Flipside Beach Bar: Just steps from the Gulf, Flipside Beach Bar will offer a casual retro-inspired take on the classic, toes-in-the-sand beach bar. Designed for easygoing days in the sun, the fast-casual concept will serve smash burgers, crispy fries, sandwiches and other beach-side favorites, alongside frozen drinks, buckets of beer and canned cocktails.

  Guests can settle in for a laid-back meal or grab food and drinks to take with them to the sugar-white sands of Clam Pass Beach. Fun, approachable and intentionally relaxed, Flipside Beach Bar will be the go-to spot for a quick bite, cold drink and everything in between.

A New Culinary Chapter for Signa Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort

The debut of these five new concepts marks a significant chapter for Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort and follows the recent appointment of acclaimed Florida chef, restaurateur and culinary personality Chef Asif Syed as Director of Culinary. In his new role, Chef Asif will lead the resort’s reimagined food and beverage program, bringing together the five new concepts as part of a broader culinary vision for the revitalized property.

The comprehensive transformation spans all 474 guest accommodations, dining, wellness and gathering spaces, setting the stage for a new chapter at one of Southwest Florida’s iconic beachfront resorts.
